24 Hours in Silverstone
Straddling the boarders of Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, Silverstone is the home of British motorsport. I was privileged to be able to have pit lane and track side accesses to the British round of the 24 Hour Touring Car Endurance Series. Silverstone is known as a challenging circuit with high-speed corners and fast straights.
My aim was to capture a sense of speed and movement of the cars as battle it out on track. As the sun fell, more challenges were thrown up but this gave plenty of opportunity to capture trails of light from both the cars and the grandstands. Below is a small selection of images taken throughout the 24 hours.
